Parkhotel Delta, Wellbeing Resort - Ascona

The location was ideal, nestled in a serene and green environment, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The hotel provided complimentary bikes, making it convenient to explore the central and shore area of Ascona. The infrastructure was excellent, with beautiful indoor areas and direct access to the restaurant and pool. The gardens were well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the small indoor pool. The rooms, although slightly outdated in style, offered ample space and a comfortable bathroom. I also appreciated the hotel's efforts to cater to families, as it was very kid-friendly. The staff at the front desk were warm and cute, adding to the overall positive experience.

the indoor and outdoor pool were both clean and refreshing. I was happy to find out that they had a gym where I could do my daily workout routine.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. the breakfast options were limited and the service was quite slow.

Located near the waterfront and close to a golf course, this hotel offers a peaceful ambiance. the service was top, notch, and the newly renovated wellness center was well, maintained. the rooms were comfortable, and the bathroom was well, appointed with complimentary toiletries. Guests can enjoy various facilities such as indoor and outdoor pools, mini, golf, and free bike rentals. the breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff were friendly.

The hotel lacked a diverse range of culinary options in its restaurant.

We loved everything! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, such as robes and towels for the wellness area. Breakfast was plentiful and had a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the outdoor pool and free bike rentals. The location was excellent, situated in the heart of the city and close to two great golf courses.

Good Infrastructure and Location

The hotel had a great infrastructure with nice indoor and outdoor pools, a well-equipped gym, and ample parking space. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was peaceful and surrounded by greenery. The hotel also offered bikes or shuttle rides to nearby attractions. The nearby shore parking area was reasonably priced and easily accessible.

The room decor was outdated and could use some renovation. The restaurant was a bit pricey for the limited options available, and the breakfast was decent but lacked variety.

We had a fabulous stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute drive from the beautiful lake. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, providing exceptional service and being incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a well-equipped spa, gym, and a lovely indoor and outdoor pool. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway.
